Concussion Awareness Webinar:

Hello Hockey Families,

With the return to game play and sports in school, there is always potential for concussions.To help parents, coaches, and players learn more about concussions more, the Crush Association will be hosting a very informative zoom session.

We are pleased to announce that we have been working with Marc Bastien, owner and physiotherapist at Bastien Physio. Bastien Physio is recognized by Complete Concussion Management and offers evidence-based concussion care.

During the session you will learn:

- What is a concussion?
- Risk factors for concussion
- How to prevent a concussion
- What do to if your child gets a concussion
- Return to school/sport protocol

The presentation will be followed up with any questions.

We will finish the session with a quick reminder concerning necessary forms that needs to be completed and submitted.
